Hologram Hire for Events in Dubai (Not Concerts)

Searching "hologram rental Dubai"? Here's the difference

If you search "hologram rental Dubai" today, most of what comes up is press coverage of concert-style hologram shows, not a service you can actually book. This page is about the other thing: a real, bookable AI avatar hologram for business events.

The confusion is understandable: searching "hologram" and "Dubai" together surfaces concert and entertainment coverage first, which crowds out anything you could actually book. But a concert hologram and an event hologram avatar are built for completely different jobs, and it's worth being clear about which one you're actually after before you start comparing quotes.

Hologram concerts vs event hologram hire

A hologram concert is a staged performance — a pre-produced visual effect, built once, played back the same way every night, for an audience watching from their seats. There's no back-and-forth; it's a show.

What faceOS offers is the opposite kind of "hologram." It's an interactive AI avatar, shown on a holobox, that greets your guests, answers their questions and represents your brand in person at your own event — a launch, a conference, a stand, a reception. It doesn't perform a routine; it responds to the person standing in front of it — a different category of "hologram" altogether.

What an event hologram is at faceOS

At faceOS, "hologram" means an AI avatar running on a holobox — a display built to give the avatar a 3D-style presence rather than a flat video image.

The avatar itself is the same whether it's shown on a holobox or a plain 2D screen; what the holobox adds is the look people associate with the word "hologram." It talks in real time, in Arabic and English, and can be briefed on your event, your products or your programme so it gives real answers rather than a scripted loop.

Which machines give the hologram look

The 21-inch holobox and the 7 ft holobox are the two machines that give this 3D-style hologram presence; the 2D tabletop is the flat-screen alternative for desks and registration counters.

The 21-inch suits a counter, a booth or a reception point, where space is limited but you still want that holographic look. The 7 ft holobox is the life-size option, built for entrances, stages and open floor areas where you want the avatar to be the first thing guests notice as they walk in.

What kinds of events use a hologram avatar

Launches, conferences, exhibitions, mall activations and receptions are events that suit a hologram avatar well.

Each has a slightly different job for the avatar: a launch wants a strong first impression at the reveal, a conference wants a host who can greet and inform across a full day, an exhibition stand wants someone working continuously across a multi-day show, and a reception wants a warm, bilingual welcome at the door. If any of these sounds close to what you're planning, our guide to AI avatars at exhibitions and trade shows goes into more detail on the format that fits.

How to book a hologram for your Dubai event

Booking follows the same process as any faceOS rental: decide what the avatar needs to do, choose your machine, tell us your dates and venue, and we take it from there.

The clearer you can be upfront about the job — a greeting, a product demo, a full Q&A — the easier it is for us to match you with the right machine and quote accurately the first time, rather than going back and forth on details that change the price. Our step-by-step guide to renting a hologram avatar in Dubai walks through the whole process in detail, from that first decision through to delivery day.

Price, and what changes it

Hologram hire for an event starts from AED 3,500 per day, including the avatar, and the exact figure depends on the machine size and the avatar type.

The exact figure depends on the machine size, the avatar type and the number of days. Our dedicated guide to holobox rental cost in the UAE breaks down exactly what moves the price from there.
